GENERAL TOS
I am allowed to refuse a commission if I want to or feel uncomfortable and not able to work on it.I will of course send my progress many times to ask for feedback, if there are small changes to be made and to get a green flag to keep going.If you send me messages of real life friends, kids or animals for me to draw, without prior trust and friendship we've built up beforehand, I will immediately assume you are a spam/scam account and our contact will seize.PAYMENT:
Paying has to be done either in full price after I've shown a quick sketch of the commission, or by paying half at that point of the piece, and the rest after the piece is done.Commissioning means you're fully aware that I, as the creator of the piece, am therefor fully inclined to credit when shared, with other people, or posted on your own platform. I am allowed to use the commissioned piece to promote myself and showcase on my own platforms, unless discussed otherwise.^{Paying commissions can be done with Paypal, Stripe, and in some cases with Discord Nitro, Steam currency, Amazon giftcards if discussed and agreed to beforehand, or Tikkie and bank information if you're local to me. Patreon members get discounts depending on the tier.Don't expect a discount or try to negotiate a discount with me on already set prices, if you're unable to pay full prices, you might have other priorities and should probably come back some other time.These payment methods have to be discussed beforehand and we'll come to an agreement before starting the deal. You cannot change your payment method after I've finished the first sketches, nor lower the price. I will cancel the commission if we can't come to an agreement. Make sure you're able to pay with the discussed payment methods before asking me for a piece to avoid complications.for prices of these commissions, scroll up and press a button.}SFW digital/traditional art TOSThe prices will change with any complexity asked for the artwork, for example adding a second, third, or how many more other characters in one drawing, if the character or their outfit is hard to draw and complex, and depending on if and how complex the background should look. The canvas size can be requested as you wish and can be changed when it's still a sketch.Anything looking off or not desired in the sketch progress can be asked to be altered, or if you want slight changed to be made like the colors used or anything else, as long as it's not pointed out too late or in a way to make it a tedious fix, like an entire pose, a background etc.NSFW digital/traditional art TOSI am able to refuse anything I'm not comfortable with or can't do to live up to your expectations. I refuse to draw anything that has to do with a fetish, like farts, poo, piss, vore, beastiality, feet and more. Discuss it with me beforehand. TOS for SFW drawing rules apply to NSFW drawings aswell.SFW ANIMATION TOSThe prices are set of course and cannot be altered. Animation is tedious and takes a lot of effort and time to make it look right. So it will take longer for me to finish those depending on how long it's paid for. I will sketch the animatic out first and send it before working on the whole piece. Anything wanted to be altered in the animation should be said in the animatic and storyboard phase, otherwise ignored or not taken into consideration. Unless I get paid more to alter it.NSFW ANIMATION TOSSame rules as the NSFW drawing TOS, and the SFW animation TOS. Keep into consideration that I also still live with my mother and siblings and sleep in the livingroom, so NSFW animation commissions have little slots and would take even more time to finish.SFW VOICE ACTING TOSNeed me to do comic dubs, voice act a character and/or other things, for video games or an animation? hit me up! I'm amateur and have only voice acted for my own works before, and made a series called ''homemade sfx'' where I used my voice and objects around me to make my animation come to life! Keep in mind that I've not actually done voice acting before as a job or professionally, but that I own a good microphone, so the quality will depend on multiple factors. Until I get better my prices will be low.
